This page sets out the complete agreement, rights, and responsibilities between players and us when using the 98rm platform.

Introduction — About This Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between any person who accesses or uses the 98rm website ("Player" or "you") and 98rm ("we" or "Platform").

By continuing to use the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all terms in this Agreement and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any term, you must leave the site immediately and stop using it.

Important Notice: 98rm's services are accessible to users aged 21 and above only. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from using this website.

Section 1 — Account Registration and Eligibility

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To use 98rm's services, a player must meet all of the following conditions—

  • Be 21 years of age or older.
  • Be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your country of residence.
  • Be playing under your own name and with your own funds.
  • Hold only one account; opening multiple accounts at the same time is strictly prohibited.

1.2 Registration

At the time of registration, players must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false or misleading information may result in strict action, including account closure and forfeiture of funds.

We may request verification of a player's personal information at any time. Withdrawals may be suspended until the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is fully completed.

1.3 Account Security

Players must keep their login details as confidential as possible. Allowing any third party to access your account is strictly prohibited. Players are personally responsible for all activity that takes place on their account.

Section 2 — Deposits & Withdrawals Policy

2.1 Deposits

Deposit methods available on the platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks.

  • Deposits are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK/Ks).
  • Deposits must be made only from a payment account owned by the player. Third-party payments are not allowed.
  • The platform does not charge any handling fee on deposits; however, the payment service provider may apply their own charges.

2.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Under normal circumstances, withdrawals take 5 to 30 minutes from the time of request to the time funds arrive.

  • Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete.
  • Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit. Funds cannot be sent to a different payment channel for any reason.
  • Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds have been met.
  • We reserve the right to decline withdrawal requests that appear fraudulent or do not comply with financial regulations.
Warning: Players must use only their own funds for all deposits and withdrawals. If we suspect that funds do not belong to the player or are subject to money-laundering investigation, we may suspend the account and take further action.

Section 3 — Bonus & Promotion Terms

3.1 Welcome Bonus Policy

First-time depositors at 98rm can receive a 120% welcome bonus of up to 500,000 Ks. The bonus scheme works as follows—

  • Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, giving a total wallet balance of 44,000 Ks. Wagering requirement: 24,000 Ks × 10 = 240,000 Ks must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
  • Example 2: Deposit 840,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving a total wallet balance of 1,340,000 Ks. Wagering requirement: 500,000 Ks × 10 = 5,000,000 Ks must be wagered before withdrawal.

Bonus funds can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement of bonus amount × 10 is met. Players can check their wagering progress inside their account.

3.2 General Bonus Rules

  • Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the promotions page.
  • Each player is subject to individual limits when claiming bonuses; bonuses cannot be claimed across multiple accounts.
  • Bonus funds and personal funds must both be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
  • We may suspend any promotion at any time with prior notice.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, we reserve the right to forfeit the bonus.

3.3 VIP Player Cashback

There are 4 VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — each with a different weekly cashback rate. Bronze earns up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.5%, Gold up to 0.8%, and Platinum up to 1.0%. A player's VIP tier is determined by their gaming history on the platform.

Section 4 — Gaming Rules

4.1 Fair Play

All games on the 98rm platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to produce fair results. Results are verified by third parties, and the platform guarantees that players can audit them independently.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited—

  • Exploiting software bugs/glitches
  • Using bots or automated playing software
  • Colluding with other players to claim bonuses improperly
  • Gaming activity connected to money laundering
  • Intimidating or harassing other players

If we detect any such activity, we may suspend or close the player's account and forfeit any remaining balance.

4.3 Technical Malfunctions

If a player encounters a bug that could provide an unfair advantage, they must stop immediately and notify customer support. We reserve the right to reclaim any funds incorrectly accumulated as a result of technical issues.

6.1 Service Interruptions

98rm may temporarily suspend services due to maintenance, technical issues, or causes beyond our control. We are not liable for any financial losses players may incur during such interruptions.

6.2 Gaming Losses

Section 7 — Agreement Changes and Closure

7.1 Changes to Terms

98rm may update this agreement at any time. Continued use of the website after changes have been made is considered acceptance of those changes. We may notify you of major changes, but players should check the terms regularly themselves.

7.2 Account Closure

Players may voluntarily close their own account. Contact the support team through customer service, and if there is a remaining balance, withdraw it before closing.

We may close accounts of players who breach this agreement without prior notice. If legally required, remaining balances may also be withheld.

7.3 Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws, and any disputes that arise will first be addressed through negotiation and mutual discussion.
